PRIVACY / CLEAR BY DESIGN

Your progress stays with you.

The native iOS app and review website work without an account, advertising profile, or Baja Sky Studios cloud progress record. This policy explains their on-device storage and the limited technical data processed when you visit our hosted web pages.

01

Who this policy covers

Baja Sky Studios LLC (“Baja Sky Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and publishes Gamer Stretch. This policy covers the native Gamer Stretch iOS app, the Gamer Stretch review website, and the Privacy Policy and Support pages hosted on Firebase Hosting.

Gamer Stretch is a general-wellness break helper for a general audience, including families. It is not a medical service, medical record system, or social network.

02

What stays on your device

Gamer Stretch stores progress and settings locally. The app does not send that data to Baja Sky Studios, Google, or an app database, and Baja Sky Studios cannot view or restore it.

Native iOS app
  • Uses Apple UserDefaults in the app’s local container for the selected reminder interval, reminder preference, Reduce Motion, Larger Text, and Haptic Cues
  • Saves completed routine identifiers, completion dates and times, and routine durations as the local progress archive
  • Does not use CloudKit or iCloud sync and has no Baja Sky cloud backup
Review website
  • Saves only reset-completion dates in the browser’s local storage for progress
  • Does not sync progress between browsers, browser profiles, or devices
  • May cache public app code, fonts, and artwork in the browser for offline use

The native app may ask for iOS notification permission only after a player chooses to set up reminders in the Guide tab. When reminders are allowed and enabled, Gamer Stretch schedules one local device notification for the active timer’s checkpoint. It does not register for remote push notifications, send notification data to a server, or schedule repeating alerts. iOS holds the system permission status.

Gamer Stretch does not request
  • Your name, email, phone number, birthday, or account credentials
  • HealthKit data, health records, or fitness records
  • Precise or approximate location
  • Contacts, photos, files, camera, or microphone access
Gamer Stretch does not include
  • Advertising, tracking pixels, or targeted advertising
  • Product analytics or cross-app tracking
  • Third-party data-collection or crash-reporting SDKs
  • Chat, public profiles, social sharing, or an in-app contact form

Apple may include local app-container data in a device backup or restore according to the player’s Apple and iOS settings. Baja Sky Studios does not operate or have access to those backups. The review website’s offline cache contains public files, not a server copy of player progress.

03

Website hosting request data

The Gamer Stretch review website, Privacy Policy, and Support page are delivered through Google Firebase Hosting. Like other web-hosting infrastructure, Google processes standard network and HTTP request information—such as an IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URL, timestamps, and technical or security events—to deliver, secure, and maintain these pages.

The native iOS app does not contact Firebase Hosting during ordinary timer, routine, progress, or settings use. Privacy Policy and Support links in the native app open these hosted pages in Safari when the player chooses them; the website request processing described here then applies.

Google handles that information as our hosting provider under its applicable terms, security practices, and retention processes. Baja Sky Studios has not added Google Analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels, or another analytics service, and we do not combine hosting request information with on-device progress or use it to profile players or personalize advertising.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hosting request information may be processed by Google to provide and protect the hosting service or when legally required.

04

Children and families

Gamer Stretch is intended for a general audience and may be used by children with parent or caregiver guidance. The app does not ask a child—or anyone else—to make an account, provide contact information, enter a birthday, post content, or send us messages. We do not knowingly build personal profiles about children.

Standard Firebase Hosting request information may still be processed when any visitor loads a hosted page. A grown-up should help choose comfortable movement and should stop a routine if a child reports pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, swelling, dizziness, or another concerning symptom.

05

Retention, deletion, and your choices

  • Native iOS progress: In the app, open the Guidetab, find Local by default, choose Delete local progress, and confirm Delete all progress. This removes the local completion archive, but it does not reset reminder, accessibility, or haptic settings. Those settings can be changed individually in Guide, and notification permission can be changed in iOS Settings.
  • Review-website progress: Open Grown-ups, choose Delete local progress, and confirm. Clearing the browser’s Gamer Stretch site data also removes local progress and cached public files.
  • Removing the native app: Deleting Gamer Stretch removes its local app container from the current device. Apple-controlled device backups may retain or later restore app data according to the player’s Apple and iOS backup settings.
  • Public offline files: The browser may retain cached app files until its site data or cache is cleared. These are the same public files served to every visitor and do not contain a player profile.
  • Hosting request information: Google retains and deletes hosting infrastructure records according to its applicable service terms, security practices, technical settings, and legal obligations. Gamer Stretch does not offer an in-app control for those provider records.

Because there is no Gamer Stretch account or cloud progress database, there is no remote player account for us to retrieve, export, or delete.

06

Security, changes, and scope

Keeping progress on-device reduces the amount of player information exposed to a network service. Device, iOS, backup, and browser security still matter, and no system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a future Gamer Stretch version adds accounts, HealthKit, analytics, cloud sync, a contact form, or another data practice, we will update this policy before using that feature and request permission where required.
